We’re excited to announce the First Annual Pickleball Tournament at Tustin Hills Racquet Club on Saturday, August 8, 2026 — and we’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make this inaugural event an incredible success!
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something special from the very beginning. Whether you love pickleball, enjoy event planning, want to meet new people, or simply want to support a fun community event, we would love to have you on our team!
Planning Leadership Opportunities include:
- Tournament planning and preparation
- Sponsorship outreach and community partnerships
- Marketing and promotional support
- Registration and player check-in
- Day-of event coordination and hospitality
- Court support, scoring assistance, and raffle activities
- General event setup and breakdown
No prior tournament experience is necessary — just bring your positive attitude, teamwork, and excitement!
By volunteering, you’ll help create a memorable experience for players, families, sponsors, and spectators while building community spirit and supporting the growth of pickleball in our area.
