Join us this summer for an unforgettable experience at the Youth Centers of Orange, a program of The HUB OC! Our summer camp provides local kids with a safe, fun, and enriching place to spend their days. From exciting games and creative activities to inspiring guest speakers and awesome field trips, there’s always something new happening.
We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us make this summer amazing! As a volunteer, you’ll engage with kids through play, assist with daily activities, and help create a joyful and welcoming environment. Whether you're leading a game, sharing a laugh, or lending a helping hand, you’ll be making a meaningful impact.
Volunteer Role Details:
- Support camp staff in daily programming and activities
- Interact positively with children and help ensure a safe, inclusive environment
- Assist with games, crafts, and group activities
- Opportunity to plan and lead special activities. Please let us know if you have a unique talent, hobby, or skill, we’d love for you to share it with our campers
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must complete Live Scan (background check) prior to volunteering
- Must complete Mandated Reporter Training prior to volunteering
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and engage respectfully with youth
Scheduling:
- We are seeking up to 5 volunteers per day throughout the summer
Dress Code:
- Closed-toe shoes required
- Comfortable, activity-appropriate clothing
- Clothing must not display indecent, lewd, or offensive language or imagery
