Help us bring the Silent Auction to life and make a meaningful impact for The Hub OC!
We’re seeking detail-oriented, creative, and dependable volunteers to assist with the behind-the-scenes magic that makes our Silent Auction a success. This auction will benefit The Hub OC and will take place at the 2nd Annual The HUB OC Invitational Golf Tournament, held on March 9, 2026, at Alta Vista Country Club.
We need volunteers to help us organize donations and wrap them in beautiful packages to be auctioned off at The HUB OC Invitational Golf Tournament. We are flexible on times (preference is 12 Noon - 5 PM, but we can be available until 7PM, if required) and are hoping to receive assistance the first week in March (March 2 - 6, 2026).
Volunteer opportunities include:

Organizing and preparing bid sheets

Creating, assembling, and beautifully wrapping gift baskets

Packaging donated items and experiences for display
We’ll also need volunteers on the day of the event to help set up, manage auction tables, assist guests, and ensure everything runs smoothly - please check The HUB OC Invitational Golf Tournament Opportunity to sign up!
This is a fantastic way to support The Hub OC, work alongside a fun and dedicated team, and play a vital role in a high-energy fundraising event—all without needing to swing a golf club!
Please note: This volunteer work will take place prior to the golf tournament, with additional roles available on tournament day.
