We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable volunteers for all aspects of running the 2nd Annual HUB OC Invitational Golf Tournament, taking place on March 9, 2026, at the stunning Alta Vista Country Club. This exciting event benefits The Hub OC and brings together golfers, sponsors, and supporters for a day of competition, connection, and impact.

Volunteers are essential to every part of the tournament’s success, and opportunities are available before, during, and after the event, including:

Tournament setup and breakdown

Registration and check-in

Golfer hospitality and wayfinding

On-course support and contest monitoring

Silent Auction setup, management, and checkout

Donation and prize coordination

Event logistics and general support

Whether you enjoy organizing details, working with people, or being out on the course, there’s a role for you. No golf experience is required—just a positive attitude, teamwork, and a willingness to help.

The 2nd Annual HUB OC Invitational Golf Tournament is teeing off on March 9, 2026, at the beautiful Alta Vista Country Club, and we’re calling on passionate, driven volunteers to help make this event a huge success!

We’re looking for energetic supporters to help solicit and collect donations for our Silent Auction, one of the most exciting highlights of the tournament. Every donation you help secure—whether it’s a gift basket, experience, service, or item—directly fuels the impact of this event and helps us elevate The Hub’s mission to new heights.

Help us bring the Silent Auction to life and make a meaningful impact for The Hub OC!

We’re seeking detail-oriented, creative, and dependable volunteers to assist with the behind-the-scenes magic that makes our Silent Auction a success. This auction will benefit The Hub OC and will take place at the 2nd Annual The HUB OC Invitational Golf Tournament, held on March 9, 2026, at Alta Vista Country Club.

We need volunteers to help us organize donations and wrap them in beautiful packages to be auctioned off at The HUB OC Invitational Golf Tournament.  We are flexible on times (preference is 12 Noon - 5 PM, but we can be available until 7PM, if required) and are hoping to receive assistance the first week in March (March 2 - 6, 2026).

Volunteer opportunities include:

Organizing and preparing bid sheets

Creating, assembling, and beautifully wrapping gift baskets

Packaging donated items and experiences for display

We’ll also need volunteers on the day of the event to help set up, manage auction tables, assist guests, and ensure everything runs smoothly - please check The HUB OC Invitational Golf Tournament Opportunity to sign up!

This is a fantastic way to support The Hub OC, work alongside a fun and dedicated team, and play a vital role in a high-energy fundraising event—all without needing to swing a golf club!

Please note: This volunteer work will take place prior to the golf tournament, with additional roles available on tournament day.
